Mohs Surgery

We would like to welcome you to the Skin Surgery Center of Missouri, where our patients come first!

In order to facilitate your Mohs surgery appointment at our offices, we have provided the following documents for your review prior to your appointment.

Medical History Form (please fill this out prior to your appt)

Please keep in mind that the day of surgery tends to be a long day. It is recommended that you do not schedule any other appointments for that day, as you may not be able to leave our office in time.

In order to make your day with us more comfortable, we do provide the following amenities:

• A locker were you may store your personal belongings.
• A refrigerator to store food and drinks. You will find many restaurants nearby as well.
• A microwave in our dedicated Mohs surgery lounge
• Wireless Internet (WiFi)-You must bring your own laptop.
• A television in our dedicated Mohs surgery lounge
• Coffee service, water and periodicals
• A staff that is delighted to take the very best care of you!
